Sales Development Representative


We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our UK based sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to further a career in a commercial sales-driven role.
Credentially is an innovative leader in software supporting staff/candidate onboarding and ongoing compliance within healthcare organisations. We help organisations to ensure their staff meet and exceed the regulatory standards, improving patient safety and increasing the number of clinical hours healthcare workers can spend with patients. Their customers include some of the most recognised healthcare brands in the UK as well as globally.

Brief overview of the role

This Sales Development role is part of the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for targeting new organisations and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record for sales development in the B2B arena. You’ll have the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, and persuasiveness to find the right contacts, understand the client’s issues, and set appointments. 

Key responsibilities

  • Research a strong prospect list
  • Identify key sponsors, influencers and decision-makers at target companies and reach out with a view to book appointments for the business development team 
  • Attend events (nationwide, and potentially internationally)
  • Take ownership of your personal targets
  • Supporting Customer Success with onboarding as required
  • Develop your new clients so they know how to use their online service

Skills / Proficiencies required

An ideal candidate will have experience selling multi-dimensional SaaS products and/or healthcare tech. Candidates that have sold credentialling as outsourced service.
