We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our UK based sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to further their career in a commercial sales-driven role.

We help organisations to ensure their staff meet and exceed the regulatory standards, improving patient safety and increasing the number of clinical hours healthcare workers can spend with patients. Brief overview of the role
This Business Development role is part of the sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for targeting new organisations and selling a SaaS solution. You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record for selling in the B2B arena. You’ll have the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, and persuasiveness to find the right contacts, understand the client’s issues, and match and apply the benefits of your solution. You will often need to involve several stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate sales with new clients in your designated territory
  • Manage ongoing client relationships with key accounts throughout the entire sales process until handover to Customer Success
  • Identify key sponsors, influencers and decision makers at target companies. Ensure that you understand their roles and objectives, and that they understand the benefits and applications of using data
  • Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
  • Research a strong prospect list
  • Take ownership of your personal sales targets
  • Attend trade shows and business networking events
  • Facilitate the transition of a new client you've acquired to use the platform and introduce them to the customer success team

Skills / Proficiencies required
An ideal candidate will have experience selling multi-dimensional SaaS products and/or healthcare tech. Candidates that have sold credentialing/employee compliance as outsourced service would also be ideal.
