Credentially checks each clinician against their professional register and runs identity, Right to Work and DBS checks. Registrations are re-checked automatically after someone starts, and every result is recorded against the person.
License and exclusion checks, kept in one record.
Credentially verifies nursing licenses through Nursys and screens each clinician against the SAM.gov and OIG exclusion lists, with background checks ordered from the same record. After hire, licenses stay under weekly monitoring and the exclusion lists are re-checked every day, with each result recorded against the clinician.
