Standard Integration Workflows

1. Automatic staff member creation in Credentially

- Candidates are invited to onboarding and background checks immediately without wasting time manually transferring their profile from one system to another.

- Candidate role can be assigned from 3rd party system.

- Standard fields are listed in the tableCustomisation of both fields and direction of sync is possible.

2. Two-way synchronisation of staff member data

Candidate profile data remains up-to-date and updated automatically across all systems (personal and contact profile data, role and position information, other custom fields supported by both systems are synchronised.)

3. Transfer of compliance status (overall)

4. Transfer of files from Credentially

- Any file uploaded to candidate profile in Credentially sent to 3rd party system.

- When new versions of documents are received or missing documents are uploaded, they can also be automatically uploaded to your system. This greatly simplifies and speeds up decision-making and candidate processing.

Limitations

- Size and file extension limited by ATS system (we can send any type and size.)

- Metadata: not supported at the moment - we aim to add {issue, expiry date, etc}

- We send all files, all versions

- Determined by 3rd party system
